Prices

StocKeeper comes in several different editions to accommodate your farm size and needs. We also offer special pricing for those that are currently using a different livestock management software application. If you are currently using a different software application, you can take an additional 20 percent off of the regular price of StocKeeper by sending in your program disks and manuals at the time of purchase.

Please note that all prices are for the US and Canada in US Dollars. If you are located in another country please contact us or your local reseller for pricing options.

Purchase Pricing: This options allows you to purchase StocKeeper with prices based on the number of animals in your herd and optional Bonus Feature Editions. The purchase includes 60 days of support. Feature upgrades during the 60 days are free. Bug fixes during or after the 60 days are free. Future feature updates can be purchased optionally as an Annual Support package.

Optional Annual Support/Upgrade prices Annual support packages provide you with a full year of free technical support along with all software upgrades. For current users of StocKeeper, this is the upgrade price (see notes below).

Lease Prices The lease option allows you to lease StocKeeper anually for a lower price than purchasing it outright. The advantages are that it is a smaller up front cost and you receive free feature upgrades and support for each year you lease. This is a 5 year lease-to-own agreement. You may terminate the lease at any time, but your license will expire if you terminate prior to the 5th year.

Standard Edition features all functions except custom fields, trend analysis and inventory. Limit is 300 animals records plus 300 culled animal records. Works with StocKeeper Companion and Satellite versions.

Professional Editions All the features of the Standard Edition plus the ability to accept custom fields in main and pedigree tables, expanded trend analysis reporting and inventory monitoring. It also accepts multiple databases, each set to a different species of livestock if desired. Unlimited active and cull animal records limites and works with StocKeeper Companion and Satellite versions.

StocKeeper Companion program runs on Palm or Pocket PC PDA’s. This program allows you to view all or part of each animals data record and also to accept all of the event data on the PDA, which is then syncronized to transfer all of the data back into StocKeeper. Both versions are RFID compatible.

Satellite Version is a read-only version of StocKeeper that can be installed on a second computer for data analysis at a remote location. Datafiles are easily exchanged between the main StocKeeper program and the Satellite version.
